The Challenge

Zivel Performance and Recovery needed stronger engagement through its Google Business Profile to connect with more people searching for wellness and recovery services. Their advanced treatments were not receiving enough visibility, and key engagement metrics such as calls, direction requests, and website clicks were lower than desired. With competitors offering similar services, Zivel required a clear path to increase profile interactions and convert online interest into real customer actions. Improving these metrics was essential for boosting overall visibility and attracting more individuals seeking solutions for pain relief, body contouring, and recovery support.

The Solution

To strengthen Zivel’s online presence, we developed a focused Google Business Profile optimization strategy centered on the engagement metrics highlighted in the GBP report. This approach included enhancing the profile content to encourage more user interactions, updating information for clarity and relevance, and improving visibility across Google Search and Maps. We optimized service descriptions, added stronger visual content, and ensured accurate category alignment.

These updates were designed to drive more calls, direction requests, website visits, and overall profile actions, making it easier for potential clients to learn about Zivel’s services and take meaningful next steps.

 

The Results

The optimization led to clear improvements across all major engagement metrics. Business profile interactions reached 1,014, reflecting a 49.8% increase in overall engagement. Calls climbed to 88, an 18.9% rise that showed more users reaching out directly to inquire about services. Direction requests increased to 247, showing a 12.3% lift in user intent to visit the business. Website clicks surged to 679, resulting in a strong 77.3% increase in traffic from users wanting to explore Zivel’s offerings in greater detail.

These results demonstrated that the optimized Google Business Profile successfully attracted more attention, generated higher quality engagement, and helped Zivel strengthen its overall digital presence.
