About the Business

Established in 1973 and still in it’s original location, Ronnally’s is Woodbury’s oldest restaurant. Locally-owned and still serving our original recipes. Our pizza, pasta sauce and crust are all made fresh in house. We take great pride in creating the very best pizza, hearty pasta dishes, salads and unique sandwiches. Each and every plate is made to order. 

The Challenge

Ronnally's Pizza & Pasta faced challenges in increasing their social media presence and engagement. While their food and atmosphere were loved by local patrons, their online visibility on platforms like Facebook and Instagram was limited. Despite posting regularly, the restaurant struggled to break through the noise on social media, resulting in relatively low interactions, visits, and follower growth. The team needed a way to leverage their strengths, such as their menu and community engagement, to boost visibility and attract more followers.

The Solution

To address these challenges, we implemented a strategic Social Media Management plan that focused on high-quality, visually appealing content. This included professional food photography, particularly showcasing popular dishes like their pumpkin cheesecake, as well as highlighting their team and community-focused posts. We also crafted consistent, engaging posts that resonated with local customers, promoting not just the food but also the welcoming atmosphere and the restaurant's commitment to its community. This strategy was designed to not only showcase their food but to build a deeper connection with their audience.

 

The Results

The results were extremely impactful. Ronnally's saw a 30.7% increase in views on Facebook, reaching a total of 31.1K views, and a 1.3M% increase in Instagram views, totaling 26.2K views. Additionally, engagement soared with a 21.4% increase in interactions on Facebook and a 76.4% increase in Instagram interactions. Visits to their Facebook page grew by 55.4%, and they gained 53.1% more followers on the platform. On Instagram, their followers surged by an impressive 303.3%, gaining 366 new followers. The strategic content focus led to a strong community presence online, driving both visibility and engagement.
