The brand needed a stronger content strategy to increase visibility, engagement, and in store traffic through organic social media. Without consistent storytelling, behind the scenes content, and community focused engagement, growth opportunities were being missed. The objective was to strengthen reach, build deeper connections with the local community, and convert attention into measurable engagement and visits.

The Results
From November 2025 through January 2026 compared to the previous August through October period, We Knead Donuts Littleton saw explosive organic growth across both platforms. Facebook views increased by 113.7%, reach grew by 129.7%, and content interactions rose by 122.1%. On Instagram, views increased by 91.7%, content interactions surged by 790.3%, and profile visits increased by 75%.
